Character Name: Eliza North
Archetype: The Scaredy-Cat
Gender: Female
Description: Eliza is a thin girl as she tends to not eat as much as some people. Weighing in at one hundred and twenty pounds she is thinner than she probably should be. Eliza isn’t very tall girl. At the height of four foot eight some people would say she could be classified as very short. Eliza likes her height and weight as it makes it easier to hide away in small areas if she were to try and hide from someone. When it comes to her skin though she is very pale since she never tans and she doesn’t like the fact that her skin just burns way too easily. Eliza isn’t a very strong girl often having to ask others to do her house hold chores. Eliza is a girl who doesn’t really fuss around with her looks. When it comes to makeup she never wears makeup more often going with her natural beauty than glittered beauty. Her eyes are strong and cold often giving off a glare that would seem very cruel to people.
Personality: Eliza isn’t a very sociable girl as she tends to be alone more than with a giant group of people. When in school she tends to be in the kid in the back of the room where no one can really stare at her should she do something embarrassing. Although despite her fear of crowds she is a very good friend to those she is close to. She will help her friends whenever they need it and if she is in a good mood she will even help strangers although she will help them in silence. She is relatively shy to where she doesn’t like talking to people very often she tends to communicate with her eyes over anything else.
Eliza isn’t the easily swayed by other students. If she sets her mind on an idea she will keep it that way no matter what anyone says. She is stubborn in a way that someone can’t change her opinion even if it’s right or wrong. She would much rather continue with her opinion until she figures out the right answer for herself. She is a bit argumentative sometimes too which can lead to fights with her stubbornness.
Skills: Hiding - She is good at making herself seem invisible to most people.
Running - despite her small frame she is rather agile and can get away from some situations.
Flaws: Shy - She hates meeting new people and just hates large crowds in general. She feels as if they are closing in on her to harm her.
Paranoid - Thinks everyone is out to get her and that she can't do anything about it.
The Audition Tape: The camera turns on with Eliza playing a chess match with her sister Erin. "Checkmate!" Eliza says as she corners her sister's king. After Erin leaves Eliza turns to the camera and says, "My mom says I should get out of the house more and that this show would be perfect for me. So I'm auditioning to better myself as a person. I don't have many skills or if any, but I do hope you choose me for your show."
As Eliza finishes her sentence you can hear her mom say cut and pretend to turn off the camera. "Is that all you wanted me to do mom?" Eliza says looking at the camera still. Her mother responds with a yes and says she can go back to her books. So Eliza gets up and starts to put away the chess board when the black queen falls to the ground. Eliza goes to pick up the piece when her shoelace catches the foot of her chair and causes her to fall. She then looks at her mother and screams in tears, "You did that on purpose!"
