Amy sighed boredly, and pitched the tennis ball off the end of the dock again, watching as the stupid dog-girl chased it. Her team seemed really annoyed with her for some reason, even though they WON the challenge.

Selene dashed right off the end of the dock and into the water, grabbing the ball in her mouth, then turned and paddled back. She climbed out, shaking the water off like a dog, and brought the ball right back to her new friend, Amy. "Here you go! ...Didn't Chris say something about the water?"

"Oh, don't worry!" Amy said with a sweet smile, "He just said not to DRINK the water. He never said you shouldn't swim in it."

Tossing the ball up and down in her hand, she gave it another hard throw. Hey, if Selene mutated and they had to take her out of the contest, one less competitor to face.

Leo, who had just walked up, started freaking out about what he saw.
"Selene, you need to get out of there! Chris said the water is dangerous, and he never warns people ahead of time if it isn't lawsuit-inducing!"
He suddenly figured that someone who had been raised by wolves wasn't able to understand large compound words.
"...that means REALLY BAD!"

He turned to face Amy, a disappointed scowl on his face.
"Amy? I would have expected this from Pansy, but you? You full well know how dangerous that water is. I still haven't recovered from the last time I fell in."
